If you wish to delete your PetCare+ Pro account, you can do so directly from within the app. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
How to delete your account
- Open the PetCare+ Pro app on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Account Info.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Please read the warning message carefully.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove your account.
What happens when you delete your account?
When you delete your account, the following actions take place immediately and cannot be undone:
- Complete Data Removal: All personal data associated with your account (including your email address, display name, and any optional profile information) will be permanently deleted from our databases.
- Pets and Records: All data regarding your pets, tasks, medical records, and tracking history will be permanently erased.
- Progress and Achievements: Any gamification progress, XP, levels, care streaks, and unlocked avatars will be lost permanently.
- Subscriptions: If you have an active Premium subscription via Google Play, deleting your app account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing. You must cancel your subscription directly through the Google Play Store to stop future charges.
